 Two thousand three is the year it all began in a

 

modest kitchen nestled right in lush, Portland,

 

Oregon. Marjan Tirgan (pictured left) has always

 

possessed an insatiable passion for cooking, whether

 

it be lavish Persian feasts, or meticulously crafted and

 

irresistible pastries. After thirty years of spoiling her

 

friends and family with delicious creations, she finally

 

gathered up the courage to start a catering business right

 

out of her own home, making scrumptious cakes and

 

other sweets for the community. Highly regarded for the

 

quality and beautiful presentation of her food, she continues to

 

add mouthwatering flair to weddings, birthdays, and other

 

special events all over Portland. Forever in love with food,

 

and inspired by all kinds cuisine, her delectable confections

 

and food creations are one of a kind, and never dissapoint.
